Vagabond's symbol

Always was interested in symbol on Vagabond's medallion:

Did it appear somewhere else in Dreamfall? What does it mean? Also Vagabond's "tattoes" can be meaningful.
What are your thoughts about it?

I don't think so, although there were a few old threads that compared it with pics of a bunch of other stuff. People tried to say it was the Symbol of the Balance, but examination of the textures for the Prophet showed he wore that on his cloakpin (sorry, other pics for these are in old threads somewhere. The ones I can remember are on a now-defunct forum).

Symbol on Prophet's cloakpin is also can mean something (maybe). But as I can see, it is different as from Vagabond's symbol, as from the symbol of Balance.

What I was thinking about.
As we know, Alchera/Dreamtime and Eingana (at least, their names) are taken from Australian aboriginal mythology. So could conception of Vagabond be taken from it too?
If so, maybe the symbol on his medallion and his tattoes could also have origins in myths or art of Australian aborigens (or religions of other nations).
I'd like to hear wandrew8 opinion in particular.

I don't think there's anything Australian Aboriginal (or any other real-world) iconography) going on there. The medallion looks like a very stylised 'yin-yang' of two serpents' heads biting each other's jaws. There's an ouroboros on his chest, and his facial tattoos remind me of the Azadi tower blueprint on the outside of the Dream Chamber.

Could it be reference to the dragons/snakes in the Tower of the Balance biting each other's tails?
Maybe Vagabond is a father/creator of Draic Kin?

Vagabond = the Prophet? Could the Azadi Tower serve a purpose to fight Undreaming?
Again, these paintings in the underground temple could depict end of the world(s), and building a tower is just natural element of it. If the tower isn't built in time, Undreaming wins or something like that.

I think it does reference it, but is also meant to be slightly - but importantly - different.

Maybe! I was just suggesting they all come from the same background. Like how Superman and General Zod are both Kryptonian.
