The tendrils weren't as prominent in game either, were they?

No. That in that piece of concept art Eingana looks a lot like a pack of jellyfish.

The goddess Eingana was meant to be tied by a cord to every living thing.

    ...

    Sorry about that.

But seriously: Eingana in the game looks a lot different than the initial concept art. If I look at the concept art I would never make a (possible) link between Eingana and a dragon, but with the Eingana in the actual game (and the red Eingana in the screenshot) I would.

Oh shit. I've never seen this picture before, but when I looked at it, I was shocked as I saw shape first, color later. Try to imagine it in all black...

When Eingana was red then it looked like Cortez's dragon form = Red Kin.
Now Eingana is blue so...Blue Kin?

Actually, that was the point why I posted the link. That black thingy reminded me of the Undreaming, so... It means that Eingana has something to do with it. Maybe it wasn't Brian that unchained it, but some of Eingana's activities?
Or, can Eingana be the manifestation of the Undreaming in Stark?

Maybe they just changed colour so it was less obvious. I suppose they could explain it away by the floating in water thing. That, or he's just been mutated enough to be unrecognisable. Maybe he was grafted onto McAllen.

Nice idea of yours, though. I like the "dreaming" idea.

You know what I have just realised? We have not yet nicknamed Eingana!

Yes, I know, shocking, isn't it?

Well, anyway, if you want to question Squishy about his existence, he's sleeping in his pen now, but you could probably talk to him tomorrow. Provided you bring a soul or two for him to munch. An alternative might be plum-cake. He loves plum-cake.

    Yeah, bring the cake.

How about Spongy? Or Morphy (since "Morpheus" => "Dreams").

The whole nicknaming thing is a bit silly, though. Just makes it harder for newcomers to understand what's being discussed.
