I heared that it might be comming out in a year or two, seeing as they've only just started development on it
Yep, but Funcom says it's done when it's done. They're not going to rush it.

I just found out on gamespot the offical title of the second longestest journey. It will be called The Longest Journey: Static that could chanege here a copy of what they saw at E3:
We were able to catch a glimpse of a brief trailer for The Longest Journey: Static, the upcoming sequel to GameSpot PC's Adventure Game of the Year for 2000. The trailer consisted mainly of vague text descriptions with concept art drawings, though it did suggest that the sequel will pick up after the original game left off. The game will feature a new protagonist--a young woman who, according to the trailer, will be tasked with rescuing April Ryan (the heroine of the original game). The trailer also suggested that you'll "face new enemies," and then it cut to a drawing of an imposing-looking man wearing an ornate suit of armor while brandishing a sword on horseback.
here the link for more infomation:

Um, is it just me, or has anyone else thought that the release of a title, even a working one, might give us an idea of what TLJ2 is about?
"Static". These days it means the white noise of television turned to a dead channel, but its true meaning is 'unanimated'. This could mean that the story concerns, say, a 'glitch' when the worlds are reunited. Maybe time freezes, and it's up to the heroine to get it running again: a kind of cosmic technician...
Any responses?

Ragnar said something on his blog about keeping quiet on TLJ:s until Christmas, when they'll be putting a website up. Yay Ragnar!

Um...I don't think so. I, and a lot of people, waited for Neverwinter Nights for five years and when the game was done I was just dissappointed. The game is good but it's not worth the wait. But I do hope they should explain a lot of things in TLJ2, I don't mind about the graphics.
