What is the Book of Secrets for?

It isn't highlighted when I start the game, and I don't really know what it's for... Anyone wish to enlighten me? :p

let's see..oh yes, after you have finished the game (and during the game too if you find something that makes it available I think) the book of secrets is a place where yo can go to find bloopers and a song called April Dub which is not included in the game. You can go to the book of secrets by tampering with one of the .ini files too.
