I beat both games. I beat TLJ long time ago, and I absolutely LOVED IT. No game's story compares to it.
Dreamfall was even better because I hate hard puzzles!

TLJ has this CHAOS thing...I don't remember what it is. Its something that April sees right after the first conversation with the dragon. Its this massive black mass...

Is that called Undreaming? What does it do? Didn't April DEFEAT it through the Balance or something?

Is that the same thing that Westhouse sees? Same mass?

No, that was the chaos vortex - the *SPOILER* "evil" part of Gordon Halloway, the kid the Vanguard kidnapped and experimented on, before he was saved by April and became the 13th guardian at the end of TLJ *END SPOILER*.

They do look similar, though.

The Chaos Vortex is not The Undreaming.
The Undreamin is the black thing u see capturing Brian in the beginning. but it is not The Chaos Vortex. as Pyt said that was Gordon second part
and not like some people said in TLJ Gordon wasn't a bad guy because the Chaos Vortex got him. the Chaos Vortex was created because him it was a second part of him.
